Efektivitas Salep Ekstrak Bambu Tali (Gigantochloa Apus) untuk Mengatasi Infeksi Sarcoptes Scabiei

Tanaman bambu tali (Gigantochloa apus) merupakan sumber flavonoid yang berguna bagi kesehatan, diantaranya untuk mereduksi tungau Sarcoptes scabiei pada patogen scabies. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat salep dari ekstrak daun dengan basis vaseline putih dan asam salisilat mengatasi infeksi Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan eksperimen metode prevalensi sample berupa kelinci (Oryctolagus cuniculus) sudah terinfeksi Analisis analisis deskriptif komparatif. Pembuatan dilakukan mengkombinasikan tali, vaseline, salisilat, 0,05 ml gliserin. Proses ekstraksi pelarut etanol 96 %. Salep memiliki bentuk krim, warna coklat, beraroma pH 6,5. Daya sebar 3,5 cm daya lekat 3,66 detik. Kandungan dalam 0,1633% w/w QE fenolat 0,371% GAE. senyawa antioksidan 10 ppm 10,09%. hambat terhadap bakteri gram positif 9 mm, mm 11 mm. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan lebih efektif mengobati scabies dibandingkan wormectin, ivomec, gusanex, minyak goreng. Pada 72 jam 168 setelah pengobatan diperoleh penurunan lebar luka cukup signifikan indikator perubahan mengecil mengering. Sedangkan 240 jam, semua dinyatakan sembuh Dengan demikian daripada gusanex
